The Bureau provides a discreet and confidential service, both to our vendor clients and to our registered purchasers, so we do not send out brochures or property details, nor can we give detailed information about individual properties until you have registered with us and we have established that a property meets your particular requirements and budget.
However, it is precisely because we offer such a high degree of confidentiality that the Bureau is asked to sell – and is therefore able to offer to our registered purchasers – some of the most outstanding properties in the region, most of which are not known to be on the market.
The prices of properties on the Register usually range between about £750,000 and £10million, with an average of c.£2million.
There is no charge for registering with the Bureau.
